Remote Theme Engine for Flutter

Every Flutter developer knows this moment: design changes a
primary color, and suddenly you're wasting 3-day waiting for the color to get to your users.

In this workshop, we'll see in action the flutter_skin a runtime skin engine that lets you publish color scheme changes
from a dashboard and watch them appear on real devices in 2 seconds, without a rebuild, without a release, and without
violating a single App Store policy.

- We'll start with the problem: Flutter's theming system is
beautiful, type-safe, and completely frozen the moment your app
ships.

By the end of this workshop, attendees will have built a working
remote skin engine and understand the architecture patterns
behind it.
We'll cover also:
offline fallback, cache invalidation, API key security, and how
to keep your Flutter app resilient even when the skin service
is unreachable.

flutter_skin is live in production today at fskin.dev, with a published package on pub.dev.
